Dyfed Powys Community Messaging (DPCM) allows citizens to sign up and receive accurate and up-to-date information, crime prevention advice and notifications from Dyfed Powys police officers and other key partners, such as Neighbourhood Watch.
The DPCM app provides an easy way to receive relevant updates from these sources to your mobile device; alerts are tailored to your DPCM registered profile and optionally, your current location.DPCM also gives you full control on what data you choose to share, and allows location based alerts without the need to register a full DPCM profile.
CONNECTING YOUR DPCM PROFILEYou can connect your DPCM web profile to your app to receive notifications on the go based on your profile choices and addresses of interest.
Rich media notifications including photographs can also be received from various Dyfed Powys Community Messaging officers and partners.
NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT A DPCM PROFILEYou can also opt-in for limited notifications for your current location, where no personal information is shared with our system.
WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACYLocation data on devices is only used for the purpose of alerting and to identify whether you are in an affected area.
Location data is not stored on our servers.
